neha chatwaniNeha Chatwani is the founder of the workplace atelier. She is an organizational psychologist and a change facilitator with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna and a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on organizational behaviour from the Grenoble Ecole de Management. She is also a certified systemic coach from the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Personalfuehrung in Germany and certified change leader from the ZfU Business School in Switzerland. As a graduated Bharatanatyam dancer and movement practitioner, Neha offers a holistic approach to her work.
She has gained a wide range of corporate experience at renowned employers in the public and for-profit sectors (International Atomic Energy Agency, Hewlett-Packard, European Central Bank) and is experienced in working with expatriates and global teams. She has in-depth expertise in HRM and OD issues, such as talent management, career design, leadership and diversity as well as agile change. Her clients have included IBM, UNESCO, NH Hotels, Webster University, the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Impact Hub Vienna. She wrote her doctoral dissertation on the link between knowledge management and identity in agile change management at the international non-profit organization Médecins Sans Frontières.
Neha is a published writer
 and a reviewer for the International Journal for Change and Learning as well as the Journal of Management Development. She is an adjunct professor for HRM at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences and a member of the Austrian Association for Psychologists (BOEP). Further, she volunteers as Integration Ambassador for youth with migrant backgrounds and a mentor at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and the Alumni Club of the University of Vienna.
