neha chatwaniNeha Chatwani is the founder of the workplace atelier. She is an organizational psychologist and a change facilitator with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna and a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on organizational behaviour from the Grenoble Ecole de Management. She is also a certified systemic coach (DGfP/Germany) and a certified change leader (ZfU Business School/Switzerland). As a graduated Bharatanatyam dancer and movement practitioner, Neha offers a holistic approach to her work.
 
She has gained a wide range of corporate experience at renowned employers in the public and for-profit sectors (International Atomic Energy Agency, Hewlett-Packard, European Central Bank) and is experienced in working with expatriates and global teams. She has in-depth expertise in HRM and OD issues, such as talent management, career design, leadership and diversity as well as agile change. Her clients have included IBM, United Nations, NH Hotels, Citrix, United World Colleges and the Impact Hub. She wrote her doctoral dissertation at Médecins Sans Frontières.
 
Neha is an established executive sparring partner/ coach and team building facilitator who regularly moderates strategic retreats. She is an inspiring keynote/panel speaker and published academic author as well as a reviewer for the international journals. An adjunct professor for leadership and human resource management at various universities in Austria and India, she is also a member of the Austrian Association for Psychologists (BOEP) who volunteers as Integration Ambassador for youth with migrant backgrounds and a mentor at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and the Alumni Club of the University of Vienna.
